I betrayed myself more than you

I am sorry if I cheated on you. I am sorry if I feigned everything and kept you in illusion of confidence in me. I am even sorry to remove ‘if’ in first two sentences. I know you will get shock on omission of ‘if’. I will be answerable not only on Dooms day but to myself too. I will not blame fate as hostile witness and say everything was pre destined. Why would I bark up the wrong tree, when I have thief in my heart. I didn’t lose you by this I lost myself. Dissolved in highly saturated shame of betrayal. But everything happens for our own good and it may strengthen me to stay firm to call you mine and it may hold good even in heaven.
